Visualize your own 3D creations on the Merge Cube


Once you’ve learned how to upload your own 3D objects using the Object Uploader, it’s time to view your creations on the Merge Cube. Visualizing your own 3D creations on the Merge Cube makes it easy to inspect them up close from all angles, and to share with others for feedback.

In this article, you will learn the steps to view your own objects on the Merge Cube:

  • Sign in to Object Viewer
  • Find your Objects
  • Load your Object
  • View your Object on the Merge Cube

When you’re ready to try it yourself, just follow these steps:

Step 1 - Sign in to Object Viewer

Step 2 - Find your Objects

Tap “My Objects” in the Navigation Menu. To open the navigation menu, tap the three horizontal lines at the top-left corner of the screen.

Step 3 - Load your Object

Tap the object thumbnail to open it. You should be able to see all of your uploaded models under the “My Objects” tab.


Step 4 - Swap to "Cube" Mode


There are three ways to interact with the science simulations and digital teaching aids in Merge EDU apps. Simply use the dropdown menu at the top of each activity to switch between modes.

Step 5 - View your Object on the Merge Cube

Point your device’s camera at the Merge Cube and watch your object appear in your hand!
