Adding an Account Logo and Banner

You can customize your Merge 3D account by adding a logo and banner. Following the recommended image dimensions will help your branding appear sharp and crop correctly across the dashboard.

Accessing Your Account Branding Settings

1. Log in to the Merge 3D dashboard at dashboard.merge3d.ai.
2. Select Account from the dashboard menu.
3. To add or update your logo, select Edit and upload your logo file.
4. To add or update your banner, select the Banner button. You can upload a pre-created banner image, or automatically generate a banner image using the built-in AI image generator. Learn how in the Generating a Banner with AI section below.

Note: Only Account Admins can manage the account logo and banner.

Account Logo Guidelines

For the best results, use an image with the following specifications:

• File type: PNG or JPG
• Shape: Square
• Aspect ratio: 1:1
• Recommended size: 256 × 256 pixels or larger

Using a square image prevents the logo from appearing stretched or being cropped unexpectedly.

Account Banner Guidelines

For the best results, use an image with the following specifications:

• File type: PNG or JPG
• Shape: Wide
• Aspect ratio: 3:1
• Recommended size: 1536 × 512 pixels or larger

Keep important text, logos, and other visual elements away from the outer edges to ensure they remain visible if the banner is cropped on different screen sizes.

Generating a Banner with AI

Account Admins can also create a banner using the built-in AI image generator. Read the directions below to learn how:

1. Select the Banner button.
2. Enter a text prompt describing the image you would like to create.
3. If desired, upload a guide image to help direct the banner’s appearance. 
   1. The inspiration image is not required for the AI generator
   2. If you upload an image only and do not type in a text prompt, the image will be used as-is without AI generation.
4. Select “Create Banner” to generate the image. It will automatically apply to your account.
