Content Management
Content Management gives district and school administrators control over the content available to users within their organization. From a single location, you can enable or disable Merge-created content, Community Content, and District Content to ensure teachers and students only see the resources that best support your curriculum and grade levels.

Access Content Management
- Sign in to the Merge 3D Dashboard at dashboard.merge3d.ai.
- Select Content Management from the homepage.
The Content Management page allows you to manage content available throughout your school or district.
Choose a Content Source
At the top of the page, select the content source you would like to manage:
- Merge Content – Content created and maintained by Merge.
- District Content – Content created and shared within your district.
- Community Content – Content shared by members of the Merge EDU community.
Filter Content
Use the filters to quickly locate content.
You can browse content from:
- Object Viewer
- Explorer
- HoloGlobe
You can also filter by:
- Collections
- Objects
- All Content
Search for Content
Use the Search Content box to quickly locate specific content by title or keyword.
Enable or Disable Content
Each piece of content displays its current Status (Enabled or Disabled).
To manage content:
- Locate/search the object or collection you would like to manage.
- Select Status (Enabled or Disabled).
- Enable or disable the content as needed.
- You will see the current status you selected.
Disabled content will no longer appear for users within your school or district until it is re-enabled.
Manage Content at the School Level
Content can also be managed for individual schools within your district.
- Select District from the homepage.
- Select Schools.
- Choose the appropriate school.
- Select Content.
This allows administrators to customize content availability for a specific school, ensuring teachers and students only see content that is appropriate for their grade levels and instructional needs.
