Merge Labs, Inc. (“Merge”) is the sole authorized seller of the Merge Cube on all eCommerce channels. As the sole authorized seller, Merge holds exclusive rights to distribute and sell the Merge Cube on any and all eCommerce platforms.

Unauthorized selling of the Merge Cube constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights regarding unauthorized sellers. Specifically, such activity can mislead consumers and undermine our brand integrity and market operations.
