Yes, the Merge Headset includes a one-year limited warranty if purchased through an authorized retailer. If you are having trouble with your Merge Goggles, please contact us at support@mergeedu.com with proof of purchase and a picture of the issue.  

What does the limited warranty cover? 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Merge Labs Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

What doesn’t the limited warranty cover? 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems caused by malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. 

What do I have to do to receive warranty service? 

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@mergeedu.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Some Merge Goggles colors have been discontinued, so we can’t guarantee your warranty replacement will be the same color you originally purchased.
