We have a very small window available for you to cancel your order before it is processed. We need to know if you would like to cancel at least 10 minutes prior to processing to insure that your order has been canceled. Once the order is processed we are unable to cancel. At this point, the best plan is to return your order once it has arrived. 

We can never guarantee that we can cancel your order.
